Pregnant Man

Hey all, I'm working on a horror project and one of the monsters of the project is this. The pregnant man.

No much further details as it will reveal much of my project, that is still in progress of creation and nothing is really determined yet.

I would like to know your thoughts about this creature. Is it scary? If you met this on the street, at night, only you and the creature, what would your reaction be?
Those kinds of stuff, as I want to make it really scary! xD
